Kids Challenge

Ironman 70.3 Pucón is characterized by having a Kids Challenge competition that takes place on the Friday anteceding the Ironman 70.3. The idea is to give them the chance to compete with the world's best athletes in one of the most spectacular tracks so as to train future elite athletes.

We have opened the registrations for the Kid's Challenge Carozzi 2012.
If you don't live in Santiago, click on the Contact section in our web site and send an e-mail requesting information.
Applications will be through the website, ironmanpucon.com, no entries will be conducted at the site of the race.

Prices

- Registration fee: Ch$ 20,000
- Limited 300 spaces
- On the mandatory technical lecture of Thursday January 12, 2012 runners will be given a competition bag.
- Medals and sponsors gifts will be awarded to the top three athletes of 14 - 15 and 16 - 17 years old category.
- There will be a Finisher Medal for all competitors who finish the race.
- Runners must wear the swim cap provided by the event organization and the competition number on the front side of the T-shirt all through the competition.
- Drafting in the bike competition is not allowed for 7/9 year old, 10/11 year old and 12/13 year old. The 14/15 year old categories can have drafting or not (previous notice) as ruled by FECHITRI.
- Drafting is allowed in the 16/17 category.

Awards

There will be a Finisher Medal for all competitors who finish the race.

- Swim: 375 mt
- Bike: 10 km
- Run: 2,5 km

16 - 17 years old
- Development: free
- Height: 6,7 mt
- Swim: 375 mt
- Bike: 10 km
- Run: 2,5 km
